Job: I worked in the child care field from 1983 until June 2005. Although I was planning on quitting the childcare scene at the end of 2005 circumstances beyond my control forced me to quit earlier. I wanted to work in the pharmaceutical field but landed a job as a service clerk at Walgreens. Six months into the job I was promoted to cosmetics as a beauty advisor. On July 9 2007 I was promoted as an assistant manager. It can be a very difficult job at times but I really love my job.I don't struggle with money any longer and things are so much more stress free.
Hobbies: I like to collect recipes, Maltese items and small crystal figurines. I like to read, do jigsaw puzzles, work on my website, cook, learn new things, and play with my granddaughter Erica....is that a hobby?.

Food: I like all sorts of food and my favorite kind depends on my mood. Mexican and Italian foods are the top two.
Season: Autumn. Not to hot, not too cold and my allergies are not as bad.

Day of the Week: Friday. It is payday and usually my day off from work!
Drink: Non alcoholic...Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda. Alcoholic drink....Margarita with Top Shelf Tequilla...YUM!

Jewelry: I prefer 14k gold jewelry. My favorite stone is the Sapphire, which is my birthstone.
What Makes Me Happy: I am most happy when the people I care about tell me they care about me. Seeing a baby smile also makes me feel happy. Winning the lottery would make me deliriously happy!
What Makes Me Irritated: Really rude, opinionated people who have closed minds make me see red. I also get irritated when I hear people smack when they eat or have their mouths open when they are eating.
Gifts: When I get asked, "What do you want for your birthday?" I never know what to say because I draw a blank. So for future reference you can buy me anything related to Maltese dogs, small crystal figurines, gift certificates from JC Penneys, Blockbuster or Walmart. I love kitchen gadgets, anything that can make cooking easier or faster. I love computer software that can teach me things like a new language or a skill. I would one day like to own a DVD recorder. I love Sapphire jewelry. I wear a size 8 in rings and wear a size 7 & 1/2 in bracelets. I have pierced ears and can only wear 14k gold in my ears.
